Oconto Falls Panthers (Oconto Falls, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Waupaca Comets (Waupaca, WI), 71-29 in a league bout.

With the win, Oconto Falls upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Peshtigo (Peshtigo, WI) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-7.

Next up, the Comets play the New London Bulldogs (New London, WI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Waupaca will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 8-1 record after their 60-46 non-league win over Medford (Medford, WI).
