With the victory, Pyramid Lake upgrades its record to 17-4 on the campaign. The Lakers host Mineral County (Hawthorne, NV) to play the Serpents in a 1A West challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Serpents come into the challenge with a record of 3-13. Mineral County lost 35-10 in their recent league challenge against Smith Valley (Smith, NV)

Next up, the Rams play the Coleville Wolves (Coleville, CA) in a 1A West challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage will attempt to upgrade on its 0-13 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 51-29 league win over Sage Ridge (Reno, NV).
