The Argonaut Mustangs basketball team (Jackson, CA), dropped 54-39 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Calaveras Red Hawks (San Andreas, CA)
The Red Hawks now possess a 14-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bret Harte for a battle on Thursday, February 1. Calaveras will battle a Bullfrogs team coming off a 57-41 league loss to Sonora (Sonora, CA). The Bullfrogs record now stands at 5-6.
The Mustangs (8-13) will now prepare for their battle against Amador (Sutter Creek, CA). The Buffaloes come into the battle with a 7-11 record. In their last battle, Amador beat Summerville (Tuolumne, CA), 40-28, in a league battle.
