The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Calhoun Sandcrabs (Port Lavaca, TX) and the host Wharton Tigers (Wharton, TX), saw Calhoun's soccer squad triumph over Wharton by a margin of 10-1.

The Sandcrabs now sport a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Palacios for a 4A Region 3 District 22 test on Friday, February 2. Calhoun will encounter a Sharks squad coming off a 11-0 league loss to El Campo (El Campo, TX). The Sharks record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, Wharton drops to 2-6 on the season. The Tigers host Hallettsville (Hallettsville, TX) to encounter the Brahmas in a 4A Region 3 District 22 test on Friday, February 2. The Brahmas come into the test with a record of 1-7. Hallettsville lost 10-0 in their recent league test against Bay City (Bay City, TX)
