The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Paul Public Charter International Pirates (Washington, DC) and the visiting Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights (Washington, DC), observed Paul Public Charter International's basketball team knock off Friendship Collegiate Academy by a score of 58-48.
The Pirates (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Loudoun County HomeSchool (Lovettsville, VA). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 0-12 record. In their last challenge, Loudoun County HomeSchool dropped by Northern Virginia HomeSchool (Manassas, VA), 62-41, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Knights encounter the Friendship Tech Prep Academy Titans (Washington, DC) in a PCSAA AA challenge, on Monday, February 3. Friendship Collegiate Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-14 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 18-7 record after their 69-65 non-league loss to Christ School (Arden, NC).
