Illinois High School Basketball - West Aurora victorious over Larkin

In Thursday's league contest, the host West Aurora Blackhawks basketball team scored a good 63-44 triumph over the Larkin Royals.

The Blackhawks (14-8) will now prepare for their contest against Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 12-10 record. In their last contest, Downers Grove South topped Addison Trail (Addison, IL), 92-72, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Royals battle the Streamwood Sabres (Streamwood, IL) in a Upstate Eight - West contest, on Wednesday, February 5. Larkin will attempt to better on its 10-11 season record. The Sabres go into the contest with a 5-20 record after their 75-59 non-league loss to Lyons (LaGrange, IL).
