Kansas High School Basketball - Salina Central overwhelmed by Andover

In Thursday's league test, the Andover Trojans (Andover, KS) basketball squad trounced the host Salina Central Mustangs (Salina, KS), by a score of 66-27.

Next, the Trojans clash with the Newton Railroaders (Newton, KS) in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail II test, on Tuesday, February 4. Andover will attempt to improve on its 11-1 season record. The Railroaders come into the test with a 0-10 record after their 57-30 non-league loss to Bishop Carroll (Wichita, KS).

The Mustangs (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Maize (Maize, KS). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Maize was routed by Halstead (Halstead, KS), 44-26, in a non-league test.
