Kansas High School Basketball - Andover triumphant over Salina Central

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Andover Trojans (Andover, KS) and the visiting Salina Central Mustangs (Salina, KS), observed Andover's basketball team overwhelm Salina Central by a score of 84-28.

The Trojans (13-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Maize South (Wichita, KS). The Mavericks come into the non-league challenge with a 13-1 record. In their last challenge, Maize South trounced Maize (Maize, KS), 59-32, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Andover Central Jaguars (Andover, KS) in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail II challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Salina Central will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 46-29 league win over Newton (Newton, KS).
