In Thursday's league test, the Liberty Lancers (Spangle, WA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Upper Columbia Academy Lions (Spangle, WA), by a score of 76-17.
Next, the Lancers encounter the Colfax Bulldogs (Colfax, WA) in a 2B Bi-County test, on Tuesday, February 4. Liberty will attempt to improve on its 13-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 9-9 record after their 42-40 league win over Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna (Ritzville, WA).
The Lions (5-9) will now prepare for their test against Asotin (Asotin, WA). The Panthers come into the 2B Bi-County test with a 5-14 record. In their last test, Asotin was routed by Freeman (Rockford, WA), 65-8, in a league test.
