The Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers (Jonesboro, LA) basketball knocked off the host Arcadia Hornets (Arcadia, LA), 73-65 in Monday's non-league test.
The Tigers (10-5) will now prepare for their test against D'Arbonne Woods (Farmerville, LA). The go into the 2A District 1 test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, D'Arbonne Woods went down by Lakeside (Sibley, LA), 55-50, in a league test.
The Hornets now own a 4-14 record. They play next when they travel to Plain Dealing for a 1A District 1 test on Friday, February 4.
