Caribou Vikings (Caribou, ME) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Fort Kent Warriors (Fort Kent, ME), 76-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Caribou upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Vikings travel to Hermon (Hermon, ME) to play the Hawks in a B North bout on Thursday, February 2. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 3-11. Hermon lost 67-44 in their recent league bout against Ellsworth (Ellsworth, ME)

Next up, the Warriors play the Central Aroostook Panthers (Mars Hill, ME) in a C North bout, on Friday, February 3. Fort Kent will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 57-45 non-league loss to Houlton (Houlton, ME).
