Charlton County Indians (Folkston, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lanier County Bulldogs (Lakeland, GA), 67-46 in a league bout.

With the victory, Charlton County upgrades its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Clinch County (Homerville, GA) to play the Panthers in a A D2 Region 2 bout on Friday, February 3. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 15-3. Clinch County won 62-54 in their recent non-league bout against Coffee (Douglas, GA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Turner County Titans (Ashburn, GA) in a A D2 Region 2 bout, on Friday, February 3. Lanier County will attempt to upgrade on its 10-12 season record. The Titans come into the bout with a 10-11 record after their 70-31 league win over Echols County (Statenville, GA).
