Christian Brothers Academy Colts (Lincroft, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Howell Rebels (Farmingdale, NJ), 54-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Christian Brothers Academy upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Colts host St. Rose (Belmar, NJ) to clash with the Purple Roses in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Purple Roses go into the bout with a record of 17-2. St. Rose won 64-43 in their recent non-league bout against Hudson Catholic (Jersey City, NJ)

Next up, the Rebels clash with the Lacey Township Lions (Lanoka Harbor, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 2. Howell will attempt to upgrade on its 6-14 season record.
