With the victory, Union Area improves its record to 17-1 on the campaign. The Scotties host Western Beaver (Industry, PA) to confront the Golden Beavers in a WPIAL 1A 1 challenge on Friday, February 3. The Golden Beavers come into the challenge with a record of 9-10. Western Beaver lost 81-41 in their recent league challenge against Carlynton (Carnegie, PA)

Next up, the Raiders confront the Avella Eagles (Avella, PA) in a WPIAL 1A 1 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Cornell will attempt to improve on its 1-17 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 77-63 league win over Western Beaver (Industry, PA).
