The West Perry Mustangs (Elliottsburg, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting James Buchanan Rockets (Mercersburg, PA), 58-43 in Tuesday's league test.

The Mustangs (2-15) will now prepare for their test against Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA). The Greyhounds go into the Mid-Penn - Colonial test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Shippensburg went down by Waynesboro (Waynesboro, PA), 78-39, in a league test.

The Rockets now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they host Big Spring for a Mid-Penn - Colonial test on Friday, February 3. James Buchanan will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 41-38 league win over Northern York (Dillsburg, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-8.
