Mississippi High School Basketball - Louisville thwarts Leake Central

The Louisville Wildcats (Louisville, MS) basketball knocked off the host Leake Central Gators (Carthage, MS), 56-45 in Tuesday's league test.
The Wildcats (14-11) will now prepare for their test against Choctaw Central (Philadelphia, MS). The Warriors go into the 4A Region 4 test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Choctaw Central notched a victory over Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS), 61-24, in a league test.
The Gators now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to Kosciusko for a 4A Region 4 test on Saturday, February 4.
