Virginia High School Basketball - Loudoun Valley thwarts Loudoun County

The Loudoun Valley Vikings (Purcellville, VA) basketball knocked off the host Loudoun County Captains (Leesburg, VA), 63-48 in Tuesday's league test.
The Vikings (13-6) will now prepare for their test against Broad Run (Ashburn, VA). The Spartans go into the Dulles test with a 13-6 record. In their last test, Broad Run notched a victory over Park View (Sterling, VA), 61-47, in a league test.
The Captains now own a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Dominion for a Dulles test on Friday, February 3. Loudoun County will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 43-32 league win over Park View (Sterling, VA). The Titans record now stands at 6-14.
