Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Milton Black Panthers (Milton, PA) and the visiting Shikellamy Braves (Sunbury, PA), saw Milton's basketball squad hold off Shikellamy by a count of 54-53.

With the victory, Milton upgrades its record to 8-8 on the campaign. The Black Panthers travel to Southern Columbia Area (Catawissa, PA) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 10-6. Southern Columbia Area lost 56-54 in their recent league challenge against Warrior Run (Turbotville, PA)

Next up, the Braves play the Jersey Shore Bulldogs (Jersey Shore, PA) in a Heartland I challenge, on Friday, February 3. Shikellamy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 2-15 record after their 78-70 league loss to Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA).
