The Steel Valley Ironmen basketball team scored 85 points and held the visiting Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Chargers to 80 in the Ironmen league triumph on Tuesday.

The Ironmen now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sto-Rox for a WPIAL 3A 2 contest on Friday, February 3. Steel Valley will meet a Vikings team coming off a 69-64 non-league win over Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 6-12.

The Chargers (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against South Park (South Park, PA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, South Park nudged Brentwood (Pittsburgh, PA), 64-59, in a non-league contest.
