Washington, DC High School Basketball - Thurgood Marshall Academy topped by Parkside

The Parkside Eagles basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the host Thurgood Marshall Academy Warriors to 53 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 6-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to KIPP College Prep for a PCSAA AA contest on Thursday, February 2. Parkside will battle a Panthers team coming off a 65-32 league loss to Friendship Collegiate Academy (Washington, DC). The Panthers record now stands at 2-19.
The Warriors (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Friendship Tech Prep Academy (Washington, DC). The Titans come into the PCSAA AA contest with a 20-5 record. In their last contest, Friendship Tech Prep Academy prevailed over Paul Public Charter International (Washington, DC), 65-21, in a league contest.
