The San Gabriel Mission Pioneers basketball team (San Gabriel, CA), dropped 31-15 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Alverno Heights Academy Jaguars (Sierra Madre, CA)

The Jaguars now possess a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sacred Heart of Jesus for a Soledad battle on Friday, February 3. Alverno Heights Academy will battle a Comets team coming off a 61-55 league loss to Ramona Convent (Alhambra, CA). The Comets record now stands at 9-11.

The Pioneers (0-16) will now prepare for their battle against Pomona Catholic (Pomona, CA). The Pacers come into the Soledad battle with a 8-13 record. In their last battle, Pomona Catholic prevailed over Holy Family (Glendale, CA), 54-19, in a league battle.
