The East View Patriots (Georgetown, TX) basketball crushed the host Bastrop Bears (Bastrop, TX), 70-21 in Tuesday's league test.
The Patriots (20-11) will now prepare for their test against Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX). The Panthers go into the 5A Region III District 23 test with a 26-5 record.
The Bears now own a 4-23 record. They play next when they travel to Pflugerville Connally for a 5A Region III District 23 test on Friday, February 3. Bastrop will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 56-29 league loss to Elgin (Elgin, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 5-21.
