The Vistamar Vikings (El Segundo, CA) basketball knocked off the host California Academy of Math & Science Rebels (Carson, CA), 41-33 in Tuesday's league test.

The Vikings (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Environmental Charter (Lawndale, CA). The White Tigers go into the non-league test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Environmental Charter notched a victory over Compton Early College (Compton, CA), 39-7, in a league test.

The Rebels now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Geffen Academy for a Coastal test on Thursday, February 2. California Academy of Math & Science will encounter a Bruins squad coming off a 49-42 non-league loss to Dr. Maya Angelou Community (Los Angeles, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 9-6.
