The Murray County Indians basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Haralson County Rebels to 26 in the Indians league victory on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fannin County for a AA Region 7 contest on Friday, February 3. Murray County will battle a Rebels team coming off a 68-41 league win over Rockmart (Rockmart, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 17-6.

The Rebels (9-15) will now prepare for their contest against Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA). The Rebels come into the AA Region 7 contest with a 17-6 record.
