The Walled Lake Central Vikings (Walled Lake, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Kettering Captains (Waterford, MI), 48-10 in Tuesday's league test.
The Vikings (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Lakeland (White Lake, MI). The Eagles go into the Lakes Valley test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, Lakeland was trounced by South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI), 43-33, in a league test.
The Captains now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they host South Lyon for a Lakes Valley test on Friday, February 3. Kettering will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 53-42 league win over Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI). The Lions record now stands at 7-4.
