In Tuesday's league outing, the Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA) basketball squad beat the visiting Shiloh Generals (Snellville, GA), by a margin of 48-38.
The Longhorns (14-8) will now prepare for their outing against Gainesville (Gainesville, GA). The Red Elephants go into the AAAAAA Region 8 outing with a 18-3 record. In their last outing, Gainesville was topped by North Forsyth (Cumming, GA), 54-25, in a league outing.
The Generals now own a 7-15 record. They play next when they host Jackson County for a AAAAAA Region 8 outing on Friday, February 3. Shiloh will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 43-39 league loss to Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-16.
