California High School Basketball - Piner ripped by Rancho Cotate

In Tuesday's league match, the host Rancho Cotate Cougars basketball team scored a decisive 88-22 triumph over the Piner Prospectors.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Santa Rosa Panthers (Santa Rosa, CA) in a North Bay - Redwood match, on Thursday, February 2. Rancho Cotate will attempt to better on its 11-13 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 14-9 record after their 54-20 league loss to Healdsburg (Healdsburg, CA).

With the defeat, Piner moves to 5-17 on the campaign. The Prospectors travel to Healdsburg (Healdsburg, CA) to play the Greyhounds in a North Bay - Redwood challenge on Saturday, February 4.
