Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sussex Central Golden Knights (Georgetown, DE), 58-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Polytech upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Panthers host Seaford (Seaford, DE) to play the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Seaford lost 58-38 in their recent league bout against Early College (Dover, DE)

Next up, the Golden Knights play the Delmar Wildcats (Delmar, DE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Sussex Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 57-19 non-league win over Worcester Prep (Berlin, MD).
