The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Cibola Raiders (Yuma, AZ) and the host Gila Ridge Hawks (Yuma, AZ), saw Cibola's soccer squad get by Gila Ridge by a count of 3-2.

The Raiders now hold a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Carl Hayden Community for a non-league test on Friday, February 3. Cibola will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 4-1 league win over Camelback (Phoenix, AZ). The Falcons record now stands at 7-7.

With the loss, Gila Ridge drops to 4-9 on the season. The Hawks host San Luis (San Luis, AZ) to meet the Sidewinders in a 6A Desert Southwest test on Thursday, February 2. The Sidewinders come into the test with a record of 12-0. San Luis won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Kofa (Yuma, AZ)
