Maine High School Basketball - East Grand knocked off by Shead

The Shead Tigers basketball team scored 38 points and held the host East Grand Vikings to 26 in the Tigers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Tigers now sport a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Grand for a D North contest on Saturday, February 3. Shead will battle a Vikings team coming off a 58-16 league loss to Katahdin (Sherman Station, ME). The Vikings record now stands at 3-12.
The Vikings (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Katahdin (Sherman Station, ME). The Cougars enter the D North contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Katahdin was defeated by Central Aroostook (Mars Hill, ME), 49-44, in a league contest.
