North Carolina High School Basketball - Cox Mill overwhelms A.L. Brown

The Cox Mill Chargers basketball team scored 87 points and limited the host A.L. Brown Wonders to 64 in the Chargers league triumph on Friday.

The Chargers now have a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Marvin Ridge for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4.

With the loss, A.L. Brown falls to 4-16 on the campaign. The Wonders travel to West Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to confront the Wolverines in a 4A Greater Metro game on Tuesday, February 4. The Wolverines go into the game with a record of 8-12. West Cabarrus lost 68-56 in their recent league game against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC)
