Texas High School Basketball - Alamo Heights fells New Braunfels

January 31, 2025: San Antonio, TX 78209

The Alamo Heights Mules basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting New Braunfels Unicorns to 51 in the Mules league triumph on Friday.

The Mules now have a 24-7 record. They play next when they travel to Wagner for a 5A Region IV District 26 game on Tuesday, February 4. Alamo Heights will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 68-54 league win over Boerne-Champion (Boerne, TX). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 24-7.

With the loss, New Braunfels falls to 21-12 on the campaign. The Unicorns host Boerne (Boerne, TX) to confront the Greyhounds in a 5A Region IV District 26 game on Tuesday, February 4. The Greyhounds go into the game with a record of 18-11. Boerne lost 71-63 in their recent league game against Pieper (San Antonio, TX)
