Colorado High School Basketball - Alamosa can't get by Ignacio

The Alamosa Mean Moose basketball squad (Alamosa, CO), was nudged 49-43 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Ignacio Bobcats (Ignacio, CO)

With the victory, Ignacio advances its record to 8-8 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Monte Vista (Monte Vista, CO) to meet the Pirates in a 4A/3A Intermountain battle on Saturday, February 1. The Pirates enter the battle with a record of 8-4. Monte Vista won 73-45 in their recent non-league battle against Sargent (Monte Vista, CO)

The Mean Moose now own a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lamar for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 1. Alamosa will meet a Thunder squad coming off a 46-44 non-league win over Crowley County (Ordway, CO). The Thunder record now stands at 10-2.
