In Friday's league test, the Hononegah Indians (Rockton, IL) basketball squad defeated the visiting Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL), by a final score of 60-47.

Next, the Indians clash with the Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL) in a Northern Illinois 10 test, on Wednesday, February 5. Hononegah will attempt to upgrade on its 15-10 season record. The Huskies come into the test with a 10-15 record after their 62-44 non-league win over Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL).

The Blue Thunder (6-20) will now prepare for their test against Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL). The Titans come into the Northern Illinois 10 test with a 3-22 record. In their last test, Boylan Catholic went down by Antioch (Antioch, IL), 46-35, in a non-league test.
