The North Gwinnett Bulldogs basketball squad (Suwanee, GA), was nudged 59-55 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Brookwood Broncos (Snellville, GA)

With the victory, Brookwood advances its record to 9-14 on the year. The Broncos host Meadowcreek (Norcross, GA) to meet the Mustangs in a AAAAAA Region 7 battle on Monday, February 3. The Mustangs enter the battle with a record of 16-7. Meadowcreek lost 70-62 in their recent league battle against Duluth (Duluth, GA)

The Bulldogs now own a 6-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pickens for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 1. North Gwinnett will meet a Dragons squad coming off a 76-50 league win over Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA). The Dragons record now stands at 21-0.
