With the victory, Girard advances its record to 15-4 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Franklin (Franklin, PA) to face the Knights in a non-league match on Saturday, February 1. The Knights enter the match with a record of 9-8. Franklin won 79-62 in their recent league match against Conneaut Area (Linesville, PA)

The Wildcats now own a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairview for a District 10 Region 6 match on Tuesday, February 4. Northwestern will face a Tigers squad coming off a 53-49 league win over Iroquois (Erie, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 12-6.
