Next, the Bobcats clash with the Tyler Lions (Tyler, TX) in a 5A Region II District 10 test, on Tuesday, February 4. Hallsville will attempt to upgrade on its 23-9 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 16-11 record after their 68-43 league win over Nacogdoches (Nacogdoches, TX).

The Dragons (9-17) will now prepare for their contest against Texas (Texarkana, TX). The Tigers go into the 5A Region II District 10 contest with a 14-11 record. In their last contest, Texas topped Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX), 56-45, in a league contest.
