The South Lamar Stallions (Millport, AL) basketball were winner over the visiting Lamar County Bulldogs (Vernon, AL), 84-74 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Stallions now possess a 16-12 record. They play next when they host Pickens Academy for a non-league bout on Monday, February 3.
With the loss, Lamar County falls to 3-23 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Sulligent (Sulligent, AL) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 17-8. Sulligent won 49-44 in their recent non-league bout against Winfield (Winfield, AL)
