The Paducah Dragons defeated the visiting Patton Springs Rangers basketball squad by a final score of 59-44 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Dragons clash with the Motley County Matadors (Matador, TX) in a 1A Region I District 8 outing, on Tuesday, February 4. Paducah will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Matadors come into the outing with a 5-7 record after their 82-29 league loss to Valley (Turkey, TX).
The Rangers (11-14) will now prepare for their outing against Spur (Spur, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 1A Region I District 8 outing with a 0-17 record. In their last outing, Spur was defeated by Guthrie (Guthrie, TX), 49-30, in a league outing.
