North Carolina High School Basketball - Cox Mill triumphant over A.L. Brown

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) and the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), observed Cox Mill's basketball team overwhelm A.L. Brown by a score of 60-35.

The Chargers (9-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Mavericks come into the non-league challenge with a 15-5 record.

In their next game, the Wonders encounter the West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC) in a 4A Greater Metro challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. A.L. Brown will attempt to improve on its 4-16 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 89-37 league loss to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC).
