The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Burkburnett Bulldogs (Burkburnett, TX) and the host Castleberry Lions (Fort Worth, TX), observed Burkburnett's basketball team overwhelm Castleberry by a margin of 78-21.

The Bulldogs (27-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Decatur (Decatur, TX). The Eagles come into the 4A Region I District 7 challenge with a 29-3 record. In their last challenge, Decatur trounced Springtown (Springtown, TX), 95-31, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Lake Worth Bullfrogs (Lake Worth, TX) in a 4A Region I District 7 challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Castleberry will attempt to better on its 6-24 season record. The Bullfrogs come into the challenge with a 16-16 record after their 93-30 league loss to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, TX).
