The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Lincoln Lions (Gahanna, OH) and the visiting New Albany Eagles (New Albany, OH), observed Lincoln's basketball team overwhelm New Albany by a margin of 70-45.

The Lions (12-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH). The Nubians come into the non-league challenge with a 14-5 record. In their last challenge, Africentric Early College trounced Walnut Ridge (Columbus, OH), 78-23, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Olentangy Orange Pioneers (Lewis Center, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. New Albany will attempt to better on its 3-14 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 60-53 league loss to Dublin Coffman (Dublin, OH).
