In Friday's league test, the Meyer Ravens (Waco, TX) basketball squad got by the visiting Meridian Yellowjackets (Meridian, TX), by a score of 38-35.

Next, the Ravens encounter the Bosqueville Bulldogs (Waco, TX) in a 2A Region II District 12 test, on Tuesday, February 4. Meyer will attempt to improve on its 5-17 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 14-10 record after their 62-25 league win over Itasca (Itasca, TX).
