The Alameda Hornets soccer squad scored 10 points and held the visiting Encinal Jets to 0 in the Hornets league victory on Friday.
The Hornets now hold a 8-5 record. They play next when they host James Logan for a non-league bout on Monday, February 3.
With the loss, Encinal moves to 0-4 on the year. The Jets travel to Berkeley (Berkeley, CA) to play the Yellowjackets in a bout on Wednesday, February 5. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Berkeley lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Miramonte (Orinda, CA)
