North Carolina High School Basketball - Watauga fells South Caldwell

The Watauga Pioneers basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting South Caldwell Spartans to 46 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pioneers now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they host Alexander Central for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Watauga will confront a Cougars team coming off a 48-13 non-league win over Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 8-8.
With the loss, South Caldwell falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Spartans host Freedom (Morganton, NC) to confront the Patriots in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Patriots go into the game with a record of 12-4.
