The Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME) basketball crushed the visiting Searsport Vikings (Searsport, ME), 69-39 in Wednesday's league test.
The Red Devils (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Penquis Valley (Milo, ME). The Patriots go into the C North test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Penquis Valley walloped Piscataquis (Guilford, ME), 47-33, in a league test.
The Vikings now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Jonesport-Beals for a non-league test on Saturday, January 7. Searsport will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 45-39 league loss to Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME). The Royals record now stands at 2-5.
