Utah High School Basketball - Hillcrest winner over Stansbury

January 4, 2023: Stansbury Park, UT 84074

The Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT) basketball felled the host Stansbury Stallions (Stansbury Park, UT), 69-59 in Wednesday's league test.

The Huskies (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Payson (Payson, UT). The Lions go into the 5A Region 7 test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Payson thwarted Clovis East (Clovis, CA), 66-56, in a non-league test.

The Stallions now own a 0-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cottonwood for a 5A Region 7 test on Friday, January 6. Stansbury will encounter a Colts squad coming off a 62-48 league win over Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT). The Colts record now stands at 11-1.
