North Carolina High School Basketball - River Mill ripped by Bartlett Yancey

The Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting River Mill Jaguars to 18 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Graham for a 1A/2A Conference 14 contest on Friday, January 6. Bartlett Yancey will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 43-40 league win over Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-6.

The Jaguars (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Cornerstone Charter triumphed over Carver (Winston-Salem, NC), 47-30, in a league contest.
