Arkansas High School Basketball - Central tipped by Pangburn

The Pangburn Tigers basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Central Cougars to 52 in the Tigers league triumph on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harding Academy for a 3A Region 6 contest on Friday, January 5. Pangburn will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 54-45 league loss to Bald Knob (Bald Knob, AR). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-5.
The Cougars (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Lisa Academy North (Sherwood, AR). The Jaguars enter the 3A Region 6 contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Lisa Academy North was nudged by Rose Bud (Rose Bud, AR), 60-43, in a league contest.
