Virginia High School Basketball - Potomac School topped by Maret

The Maret Frogs basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Potomac School Panthers to 55 in the Frogs league victory on Thursday.
The Frogs now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Georgetown Prep for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Maret will battle a Little Hoyas team coming off a 68-43 non-league win over John Carroll (Bel Air, MD). The Little Hoyas record now stands at 9-2.
The Panthers (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against St. Stephen's & St. Agnes (Alexandria, VA). The Saints come into the non-league contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, St. Stephen's & St. Agnes was defeated by Academy of the New Church (Bryn Athyn, PA), 70-62, in a non-league contest.
